Below that is the text input box where you will actually type the macro.At the bottom you will have a number of self-explaining buttons.To create a macro, click the New button at the bottom of the window. This will brings up another small window where you have to type a name for the macro and choose an icon. If you choose the question mark icon (?) at the very bottom, WoW will automatically pick an icon based on the spells or items used in the macro.Once a name and icon is chosen, click the Okay button.Now you will notice that the macro icon you chose has been added to one of the 15 boxes (and the name is also displayed on the icon).Click in the text input box below of the macro window to start typing.
Note: Macros have a 255 character limit.
When you finish typing your macro, simply drag its icon from the grid and place it on your action button. The macro will be automatically saved.Click the button in your action panel, and Your macro will Work absolutely fine!!!
Few Basic Commands used in Macros
Casting spells
The slash command is /cast, the most common command in macros. The /cast command allows you to cast any spell from your (or your pet's) spell book by name. The simplest example will be:
/cast Overpower
This macro will cast your highest-rank Overpower on your target.
It is possible to combine multiple commands and make macros much more useful. Let's say you are playing a mage and you want your party to know that you're going to sheep someone? then, all you need to do is simply put the cast and a /p message in the macro. here is the example:
/cast Polymorph
/p Sheeping %t! Tank Him Guys!!!

Note: As the macro is executed all at once, the /p command will be executed as soon as you start the cast, and will not care either you have a valid target or whether your skill is on cool down.
Notes about spell names:
The /cast command can be a little tricky when it comes to your spell name. You must use the correct spelling, punctuation, spacing, etc. of the Spell to cast it properly. The best way to make sure that you enter the right name, is to open your spell book while writing the macro, place the cursor where you need the spells name, and shift-click the spell in your spell book. That will enter the exact name of the spell.
If you have spells like this, with the spell name already having parentheses then you should add extra pair of parentheses at the end.
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)()
Using items and trinkets
The command for using an item is /use. There are 3 forms of using /use command:
/use command, followed by the item name u wanna use./use Green Mechanostrider/use command, followed by the inventory slot number./use 13/use, followed by bag number and then the slot number./use 1 6
Example: combining both /cast and /use commands.
Let's say you keep the food for your pet in the first slot of your backpack. You can easily write a macro to feed your pet as follows:
/cast Feed Pet
/use 0 1
Targeting
Targeting is another common task in macros. This can be achieved either by using dedicated targeting slash commands which actually change your target or use the [@unit] macro option on commands which accepts them. When you use the macro option[@unit], you are actually casting the spell or using the item directly on the selected unit without changing targets.
The most basic targeting command is /target.
/target Blackwing Mage
/target does a closest match which means if you use /target black and I'm standing near you (and no one has the name black) then it will target me.
So now you can combine target n cast commands.
/target Cogwheel
/cast Curse of Agony

If there is no one named Cogwheel around, this might target someone in your raid who may have the letters C in their name.
Other targeting commands
Here is a brief description of the other targeting commands:
/assist
It assists targets your target's target (e.g. if you are targeting me, and I'm targeting someone Say A, /assist would make you target A). You can also provide a name or unit to /assist.
/cleartarget
removes all target.
/targetexact
Targets a unit with the exact name listed. If the name is mis-spelled or the unit is not near by, then your target would not change.
/targetlasttarget, /targetlastfriend, /targetlastenemy
As the names suggest, these commands will target your last target, your last targeted friend, or your last targeted enemy.
/targetenemy, /targetfriend
These target commands cycle through the specified type of unit. /targetenemy is like pressing TAB, and /targetfriend is like pressing CTRL-TAB. You can also add a parameter of 1 which reverses the direction of the cycle (/targetenemy 1 is like pressing SHIFT-TAB ).
/targetfriend

/targetenemyplayer, /targetfriendplayer
These commands cycle through the specified type of player-controlled units. They are same as /targetfriend and /targetenemy except they will only target other players, ignoring computer controlled units like minions, creations,NPC's mobs, pets etc. They're very useful in PvP. Like before you can add a 1 to reverse the direction.

Spiderman games are fairly widespread online. This is the second time that I have written to their topic. Before, when I wrote to their subject matter, I give a view overview and brief history of Spiderman games on consoles as well as on the internet. The space bar would be a control punch or kick attack. B block, and the player would use the cursor to aim web of Spiderman, left click on use the web to enter or click with the right button for use as a weapon. Spiderman would be also able to left click on the wicked and around him quickly drag whipping him across the screen with his web.
This would probably be the easiest way to make the controls for any good Spiderman games, especially for the Spiderman attacks, but there is another way, I would like to discuss. Some of the games most successful that I spoke of above have a key inventory ten that the player can navigate using the keys on the numbers or by scrolling simply with the wheel on the mouse. This would open up many more opportunities for the weapons of the web and other usable items. Examples of these weapons would be different types of traps of the web, the nets and projectiles to shoot enemies. An example of a usable element could be a sort of trampoline web that can be placed to jump extra high.
Another idea of success which would be useful for the Spiderman games would be that of a cycle of night and day. As in other games, nights would be more dangerous than the days in the form of crime more and more chance of bumping in a pattern or a super bad. The player must achieve a sort of achievement or objective to be able to fight every super villain and largely rewarded for defeating a. There would be various places to explore in the city such as rooftops, streets, subways, warehouses and piers to name a few.

Text RPG: A Guide for the ritual based text

Hello! It is your guide to a safe start, fun and interesting use of rituals in a set of text. Rituals can be whatever you want. Players use rituals to improve the game of role in the events of the House/guild, a show of loyalty to a city or the cause, or as a means to convey a sense of wonder in the audience. (1) Role-playing game is a Must!

MUD Roleplay semi-décrochage tips

Before we jump on the question of how a mud player can learn the tricks of valuable role of MUSH players games, we need to clarify the confusion - what is the difference between a mud and a MUSH? What a mud player can learn a game that has such a very different system? For one, in depth. Take, for example, a trade between two players of a single element. While in a mud, some may pay attention to the element of advertising and then perhaps negotiation of price, the transaction itself is quite simple and involves very little interaction on a personal level between the buyer and seller. However, MUSH players take a step further by a complex client-client relationship role games. The merchant may attempt to cozy up to his client in the hope of obtaining a regular customer, while the customer could play the role of a parent take note! shopping for their children. The possibilities are endless, and when the game is not so heavily focused on the accumulation of actual wealth or more level, players explore these alternatives more fully.
It is true that, unless you're doing, or in a strongly established roleplay, paragraph emotes in sludge scene may not be the right pace for the game, players should always keep in mind the fundamental concepts of roleplay MUSH. For all the players out there who complain that they have not the opportunity to engage in significant role play, you must all keep in mind that all interaction is potentially a great chance to put in place a scene which is just a new friendfoe, rival, who knows? Instead of silently to help a friend hunt their way to dragon, start some conversation of character. I do not speak of "man, I almost return died there", but something more specific to your own character. Try to really take advantage of the unique settings for each game, the stories behind the quests you make and personality that you play. Think like a leader and use as much lore and in the game know that you can to set up a scene which is both pleasant and also convincing.
Many people take the idea of role-playing as setting just a few default emotes to use both completely random. "Name fiddles with her dress" every five minutes generally does not equate to quality roleplay. It is good to have some coherent actions that defines your character, content is more important than frequency. Roleplay speaks of interaction. Sitting in a crowded room and sending 3 lines blurbs makes fair you seem to be attention seeking. Instead, try hitting the conversation and then react to what other people do. React is the key word here - it make your actions much more useful and interesting because, face it, it is not too compelling to watch someone speak, well, themselves (although some may argue it can be fun...).
On the reverse, if you see someone emoting to anyone in particular, they could role play tent, in which case jumping in could be just the trick to get a good conversation has begun. Just be sure you're not interrupting anything or being too insistent. Subtlety is key, and the lack of it can ruin an Exchange perfectly well. Conscious dog and often use OOC messages to set the limits or to test the waters. Some players are not as OOC communication during scenes because it ruins the immersion, but others like to resolve the problems of time, the ideas of the scene and the like. Speaking of differences in the attitudes of role play, each player is different, and a good player can learn to adapt to different styles.
Sludge can move at a pace faster than semi-décrochage, but it boils down to the interaction of the player and to maintain a high quality that zone is common across the two styles of game. Role play is available in a hack and slash mud as in an executed RP MUSH because this is what players consist of it. If your character to level 80 wants to have a conversation detailed with another character on his preference for the location of the hunt, add a little history of gaming to your discussion. If you feel like giving a newbie, a visit to your city complete with chest proud that a few puffs and recommendations of the popular dishes, nobody is stopping (make sure only the other player has a - time for a bench grinder b - real interest in a tower).
